WILDER COLLECTIVE LLC and Cassandra Wilder Services purchased follow the policies listed below:

• All sales are final
• By purchasing a payment plan on any service or event, you consent to the billing period and agree to make payments on time. Failure to complete subsequent payments will result in loss of access to the purchased product or course
• Private services are intended to provide support. Refunds cannot be given on private containers or coaching programs
• By purchasing you understand that no claims have been made nor can guarantees be made about your health. Working with a practitioner is intended to provide support and not cure, treat or diagnose any diseases
• Lab tests like the DUTCH test are not refundable. Please contact the lab if you are missing your results
